1060 Restaurant Manager

Due to continued growth and staff promotions, the Genesee Grande Hotel has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager for our 1060 Restaurant.

Job duties include (but not limited to) the following;
-Managing staff by coaching, training and providing daily feedback
-Maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for guests
-Providing strong floor presence while assisting in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
-Scheduling and conducting daily shift meetings
-Assisting guests with menu choices and wine pairing -Reports to the Director of F&B

Must be available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and Holidays. Minimum of 2 years food and beverage supervisory experience required along with the ability to ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction.
