It is our policy that we must prepare and serve all food and beverage. Outside catering is not permitted.

An 19% service charge and 8% state sales tax will be added to all banquet and catering events.

All groups will be charged tax unless an acceptable tax exempt certificate is presented in advance.

Banquet checks must be signed by a designated representative in charge of each function by the end of the event. Disprepancies in charges should be identified and resolved at that time.

Function rooms are assigned to the anticipated guaranteed number of guests. If there are fluctuations in the number of attendees, the hotel reserves the right to reassign the room accordingly.

All food and beverage menus and prices are subject to change and will be confirmed 90 days in advance.

The Genesee Grande Hotel reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged accordingly. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought onto the premises.
